I taught painting and foundations classes at Santa Fe University of Art and Design from 2010-2016. I noticed a consistent trend over the years, that my painting students often wear clothes that match their paintings! This phenomena of color and style was subconscious and went unnoticed unless I pointed it out. When I pointed this trend out to my students, they were always flabbergasted – and was a ton of fun.
